You make the payment for the shipment, we deliver it to the airline and you only have to track the status of the shipment in our App until you receive it at your home or business.

Each country's tax system and the agencies that administer it are beyond our control. Collection of taxes, readjustments, changes in the modality of entry and/or any other aspect related to the customs system, is absolutely at their discretion, as well as the application of current laws and their waiting times.
If you want absolute certainty of the possible costs of the tariff system for what you want to import into your country, the right thing to do is consult directly with them. Any response or comments on our part in this regard are given without obligation and in good faith.
We transport mostly by plane. All shipments are subject to the following limitations imposed by the transportation system and customs:
They cannot weigh more than 50 kilos (110 pounds).
You cannot go more than 6 identical items in the same shipment.
They cannot exceed the commercial value of US$2,000.
Once we dispatch your products and they are delivered to the airline in Miami, they arrive in Bogota in a maximum of 1 to 2 "business" days later. Once in Bogota and the box is released by customs, your products can be delivered in 3 more "business" days, in some cases it may be less time.
What things can delay your delivery?
The DIAN and its policies and attributions or delays in case of claims.
Internal problems of the country or governmental limitations.
Natural disasters and/or acts of God.
Payment methods include any debit or credit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners. Bank deposits in Colombia (Bancolombia) and the United States ((Zelle, CashApp and Venmo)). There is a charge of the total value of any payment by the entity that makes card charges.
We are in the city of Miramar, in the state of Florida. If you live in South Florida and want to ship something, contact us and we will gladly try to satisfy your need as much as possible. Not all areas in Florida are covered, just like if you reside or have cargo outside the state of Florida, you have to send it to us.
No, we see that due to costs and speed, our clients prefer to send their purchases from China to us in the United States so that we can send them to their country. We do not handle direct shipping from China to any country at the moment.
